Cancer discount

We need to make sure that we are giving a 10% discount to a real cancer patient, but we don't want to make things hard for them.
All they need to do is to create an account (obtaining a $10 gift certificate just by doing so), and fax to our toll-free number (888) 366-1102 some form of proof that they are cancer patients.
This can be a hospital certificate, or one issued by their oncologist.
A scanned image sent over email to webmaster@ladywig.com will do fine.
Once we get the certificate we will store it in our records, and email back the coupon code that can be used for redemption during the checkout process.
